Exotic fruit package

This value pack of freeze-dried exotic fruits contains:

3 x pineapple, 2-liter tin, 300g each (equivalent to a total of 6.3 kg of fresh pineapple)
3 x banana, 2-liter tin, 250g each (equivalent to a total of 3.0 kg of fresh banana)
3 x jackfruit, 2-liter tin containing 500g (equivalent to a total of 7.5kg of fresh jackfruit)
3 x mango, 2-liter tin containing 300g (equivalent to a total of 7.2kg of fresh mango)

All fruits are vacuum-packed in 2-liter tins and sealed in a protective atmosphere (Swiss Can Machinery).
Includes plastic lid for easy resealing.

to enhance cakes and tarts
to enjoy immediately on its own as a snack or between meals
Freeze-drying preserves most of the nutrients and flavours of fresh fruit.

Freeze-drying is considered one of the most gentle  preservation methods.
